The Triple WellBeing® Curriculum helps spark the desire to make a difference in the world, guiding young people towards shaping their futures with a sense of purpose, compassion and connection to the world around them. Through discussion-based lessons for 5-18 years, young people learn to nurture their inner world (self-care), build caring communities (peoplecare) and revitalise the planet (earth-care). The curriculum covers 18 inter-connected topics exploring the big issues affecting the current and future lives of children and young people:
