The second in a series of termly activity kits for members of Think Global’s Schools Network. Available to members each term, each issue of The global dimension in my classroom includes a range of activities, ideas, case studies and more to help you explore global connections.
- A ‘Getting started’ section provides introductory or bite-sized activities to get students thinking about global issues.

This second edition is focused on primary classrooms (Key Stages 1 & 2; ages 5-11) and has lots of activity ideas, suggestions, photos and web links to help you explore the global connections of food. It explores basic food facts; food in art and music; food as a theme for an assembly; and different food eaten and harvested around the world. Available free to download as a PDF.
