All you need for a sustainability assembly
This booklet presents four simple and effective assemblies looking at a range of sustainability issues, from local food versus food miles, to fair trade and climate change, with follow up suggestions and all the materials that you need to run an engaging and participatory assembly.
Although designed for the primary and lower secondary age groups, the assemblies can easily be adapted for older or younger pupils. Each should take about 20 minutes to run, depending on the level of pupil participation.
