February is about Care and Kindness
Created by
Kindness is a powerful force that can transform our world. Acts of kindness not only uplift those around us but also help us build a more compassionate society. By showing kindness, we foster a sense of community and cooperation, which is essential for protecting our natural world and ensuring a sustainable future. When we care for each other and our environment, we lay the foundation for a brighter, healthier future for all.
Classroom question of the month:
What act of kindness have you received that really made a difference to you? Tell us about it.
Let’s practise!
Make a list of random acts of kindness delivered by classmates within 1 month.
Class Activity 1: 10-15 min
Action Challenge: Random Acts of Kindness
Task: Plan and carry out acts of kindness
- Step 1: Every student should write down three acts of kindness they plan to do over the next month – one for someone they know, one for someone or a group of people they don’t know, and one for the natural world.
- Step 2: At the end of the month, add up all the random acts of kindness that were delivered by the class.
